Lance is vice president at Insurance Network Agency. He is a licensed agent and Certified Insurance Counselor and has been with the company since 1992. A typical day for Lance consists of communicating with clients and carriers regarding coverage and underwriting details. You can find Lance golfing, boating, archery hunting, skiing, and scuba diving when he isn't at work. If he isn't doing that, you can find him enjoying a meal with friends and family, paired with fine wine.
Patricia Johnson
Patricia is an agency partner and operations manager at Insurance Network Agency. She has her P&C License, a certification in TQA, and has been with the company since 1992. During the workday, she manages staff, assists clients, and handles all of the accounting and payroll for the office. When she takes off her multiple work hats and is home, you can find her spending time with family, traveling, and being active. Patricia was a certified fitness instructor for 28 years, so working out is an important part of her life.
Fernando Rosa
Fernando is the vice president of Insurance Network Agency, a licensed agent, and has been with the company since 2006. Fernando is always quick to respond to clients' concerns and needs while also helping them secure the right coverage at the best prices. When he isn’t working, Fernando likes to maintain an active lifestyle, smoke BBQ, hang out with friends and spend time with his family. In addition, he volunteers on multiple committees and boards to give back to the community.
Harrison "Butch" Porter
Butch is the President of Insurance Network Agency and founded the agency in 1984. He is certified in the Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow program, a three-course designation program for financial professionals. Being the founder and the president of Insurance Network Agency has allowed Butch to meet numerous people in his career. He spends a lot of time taking care of clients and building relationships with new clients. Still, you can find him hunting, fishing, and spending time with friends when not working.
Bob Anderson
Bob is a Vice President and Licensed Agent of Insurance Network Agency. He's been part of the company since its incorporation in 1985. Bob has spent a career in the insurance field and cultivating commercial and personal lines clients. When he's not at work, he can be found traveling with his wife Mary, and enjoying their time together with family and friends.
Sarah Wilson
Sarah is a Personal Lines Manager at Insurance Network Agency. She has been P&C licensed since 2004 and has been with the company since 2009. She is always ready to slay the day at work and goes above and beyond with customer service. After her workday, you can find her enjoying time with her family, swimming, buying anything & everything off Amazon. She’s also a huge fan of the fall here in Michigan.
Jillian Tulick
Jillian is a Personal Lines Account Manager at Insurance Network Agency, has her Property & Casualty License, and has been with the company since 2019. As the Personal Lines Account Manager, she spends her day answering coverage questions, assisting with claims, and strives to go above and beyond normal customer service. She loves to garden when she is not at work, especially growing pumpkins and sunflowers.
Jenny Putman
Jenny is an Account Manager at Insurance Network Agency and has been with the company since 2020. She works hard every day talking with and taking care of her clients, quoting, endorsements, and answering questions. She does her best to make insurance easier to understand! In her spare time, she plays with her three grandkids and dogs. She is a family person, loves to bake, and hosts family dinners.
Megan Conklin
Megan is a Commercial Lines Account Manager at Insurance Network Agency and has been with the company since 2018. When she isn’t working, you can find her curled up with a book, a cup of tea, and her cat. She loves plants, art, baking, and vinyl records.
Mara Runyon
Mara is a Commercial Lines Account Manager with Insurance Network Agency and has been with the company since 2022. When she's not in the office, you can find her enjoying various crime shows/podcasts, reading, playing video games with her son and hanging out with friends.
Jessica Cramer
Jessica is an account manager at Insurance Network Agency and has been with the company since 2019. As an account manager, she works with clients on all aspects of their insurance needs and writes new business. Jessica is very active outside and enjoys kayaking, fishing, and hunting when not working. She is also a sports mom and loves watching her kids play.
Brandi Johnson
Brandi is the receptionist and the first person customers see when they come into our Battle Creek location. She has been with the company since 2018. A day in the life of Brandi consists of assisting clients with payments, mailouts and delegating all incoming calls to the proper person. As a craft beer connoisseur, she would like to open up a brewery. Brandi is also a veteran of the United States Marine Corps.
